Who are we?
Dickens
Translations is a translation services company that was started in 2006
by two people, an Italian and an English native speaker both of whom have significant experience in providing high quality translations.
We started small, only carrying out translations between Italian and
English, but have now expanded into a successful team, with a large
network of expert translators working on a wide variety of language
combinations, in a wide range of subject areas for a wide array of
clients.
Our
mission is to provide the highest possible quality translation and
editing services, if we can't deliver that quality then we'd rather
provide no services at all, whether your document is a short letter or
an extensive annual report you get the same first rate service every
time.
To support this mission our aim is to establish a long-term relationship with each of our clients.
This aim stems from our conviction that a translation can only be
perfect if it is created in cooperation with the client. The better we
get to know you, the better we can translate your texts in the style
and terminology that fits your organisation.
Translations
are conducted both internally and externally depending on the subject
matter. Rigorous quality procedures are geared towards excellence of
service, including ensuring all translations are proofread by a second
translator.
