Translation
prices (in EUR) are calculated per word in the source document, the
'source document' being the document you submit for translation. Our
rates depend on a variety of factors, including language combination
and technical content, and vary between:
Translation Rate (EUR/word): 0.10 - 0.20

Proofreading
Proofreading prices (in EUR) are also calculated per
word in the source document, and vary between:
Proofreading Rate (EUR/word): 0.04 - 0.10
Additional Costs
The price guides provided assume standard
delivery requirements of 3 working days for the first 1500 words, and
one working day for every other 1500 words. Should your delivery
requirements be more urgent than this then additional charges of up to
40% may apply.

- assign a project manager to oversee your entire translation job;
- employ a native translator to translate your document;
- use a second native translator to proofread and check the translation;
- carry out final checks to ensure consistency of format and pagination.
By the end of this process your document is perfect and ready for delivery back to you.
Maximising customer choice
At
Dickens Translations we recognise that not all our customers have the
same needs, perhaps you have some internal company documentation for
which you require a very good quality translation, but all the extra
checks for accuracy and consistency of format are not necessary so
you'd rather not pay for them. If this is the case for you, please let
us know and we will create a service and price that is entirely
tailored to your needs.
How to get your quote

guide to our price range is outlined below. In order to receive an
exact quote for our translation services, don't hesitate to contact us,
we'll provide you with a quote including a full cost breakdown. Please
email us the required details:
- Source and target language
- When you need your document delivered
- Subject matter of the document
- If possible, the text itself or at least a sample of the text
You will receive your quote within 24 hours at the

If you do not have an electronic file, please mail or fax your document
to us; we will then send you our quotation by return of post or by
email.
